How to post a video

STeps:
1) go to you tube
2)search the video you want to put in these section
3)copy the URL
4)post a new topic in this section,,
5)click the button video(just above the box)
6)(and paste the URL)
7)then send!

how? i have just undo,copy,paste,cut,delete and select all. what shoud i press???

do not press delete, select all and cut,, first try to follow the what is written and if you are confused,, you can reply..
